Is anyone familiar with the Milt Kort cups and balls routine? Is it a nice Mini-Cup routine?

No, but knowing Kort's way, I bet it is good.

Yes. It is good. And you can get the manuscript from RNT2.
Ron Bauer has given them permission to reprint it.

RNT2 is Rings and Things 2 Magic Company. Mike Brazill, who was the founder of the old Rings and Things Magic Co. has decided to go back into business. His web site is located at http://www.rnt2.com

You can find it in "Kort is Now in Session". It's a nice little routine.

Would someone mind describing the routine, at least schematically?

I know this is an old thread. but I recently got my hand on a MM mini paul faux, nothing fancy, and am interested to know more about the Kort routine.
There seems to be 2 cnb routines in this book. Does anyone know if "Kort is Now in Session" is still available? Rnt2 does not seem to carry it anymore.

Visit Ron Bauer on his site, found here:
http://thinklikeaconjurer.com/purchase.htm Go to the bottom of the page and you will see the Cups and Balls book there. For the Kort Is Now In Session book, go here: http://www.hanklee.org/xcart/product.php?productid=6177 They said it was in stock. I think I remember the 10th and 11th sections in the book, referred to as exhibits, is where you can find the Cups and Balls routines. I hope this information is useful to you. |

Go to youtube and plug in Vlog Entry #4, April 23, 2011. You'll see the simpler of Kort's two published routines.
God's grace rocks! It makes a good cups and balls routine look pretty boring in comparison.

Any comments on the 2nd Cnb routine? I read somewhere that it's a tri color routine.

The second routine is called Chromo Cups and Balls, using three differently-colored cups, and five balls (one ball of color A, two balls of color B and two balls of color C). It has quite a few little surprises in it and it is a great routine! For another very good routine using 3 different color balls, check out the Mamma Mia routine from Aldo Colombini. |
