Just for the record, you can buy a printers corner round on ebay most of the time for just over $100.00 I believe you need one with a 1/8 inch radius.

I use a paper trimmer from an office supply store and a corner rounder from a craft shop, for jumbos. For poker cards, I may use a nail trimmer and a emery board to trim corners.

I take mine to the printer and he cuts a deck at a time for free.

I bought a cardcutter from Stevens Magic Emporium, I suppose it's the same as the line-Lo card cutter, the price was just short of $100.- It includes 5 templates and you can make short, narrow, sidestripper, endstripper and bellystrippers with it. I can recommend it! Some will say it's expensive, but compared to the old bronzecutters that sells at several thousands it's dirt cheap!
I am busy making strippers & bellystrippers from Bee-decks. Much harder to see, and perfect for gambling routines. For locators I prefer cornershorts, I usually have 2 in each deck, indx and non-index-shorted. I used to use emeryboards to make them, but then I found a "Korner-short" and use that now. It shorts the cards a bit more than I used to but no-one has noticed yet... Bjørn

I have a printer just down the road, he has a massive cutting machine. This machine can cut 10th millimeter accuracy. He trimmed my decks for free as he was interested in the task I had given him.
I had him trim 2 x blue and 1 x red bike deck by 10th mil like the whole deck at once, it took seconds too do. It was PROFESSIONAL, the deck (when intergrated with a normal deck) works a dream. I recommend going to a local printer and using the guillotines they have. If they charge it will be a small amount.
