Just curious. Do you use your index finger or your middle finger to push up the lower of the two packets?

I was just curious. Of course I use the one that suits me best. No need to tell me this. ;-)

Hold your thumb against the long side to keep the upper half stable and use your index finger to lower half of the deck
Mucho gusto. Como estás?

Try doing the Charlier the other way. Like pushing with you thumb like fingerjack does.

Caution, the Armspread and cobra cut experts there, however now we were talking about Cardboard Experts, that can be magicians as well. Also called Cardicians.
I use my index, hehe, working on my charliers on both hands now, I got 15 charlier cuts in 10 seconds in my right hand and 11 in 10 seconds in my left, currently working on my left hand obviously, not my dominant hand.

I can do it both ways. I learned it with my middle first, when I just tried to copy some stuff from some video I saw. That was my very first attempt to learn a XCM move. Lol
Now I do it faster with my first finger. Imp |

Jerry Cestkowski is over there and wrote the ENCYCLOPEDIA OF PLAYING CARD FLOURISHES. There isn't anywhere on the net that knows more info on flourishes. Magicians know some of the basics, but that's it. The pro flourishers or XCMers are at Handlordz and Superhandz.

I also used my middle finger when I first started but to do it quickly continuously I think index finger is better.
