Darwin Ortiz went to law school (NYU). Derren Brown doesn't really fit the bill, though. He studied law, it is true, at Bristol University (where people in the United Kingdom go if they were rejected by Oxford and Cambridge) but did an LLB, which is a bachelor's degree in law. To be a barrister (i.e., practice law in courts) you then have to go to 'law school' (and to be a solicitor, working in a law firm, you have to do 'articles', which is a sort of apprenticeship). I know all this useless info. since my cousin (who taught me English!) went to university in the UK and studied 'law' for his undergraduate degree.
