Michael Close uses it in his "Frog Prince" routine in one of the Workers books (#2, I think) and on the original Workers video.
Juan Tamariz explains it nicely in his "The Five Points In Magic." BTW, great book (although some find the Tamariz books a little tough to locate).

The CTG switch can be found on either the tape or the book "Pocket Power" by Jarle Lierpoll.

Pocket Power is a great book. Cheap and PACKED with good info. All for about $30 or so.
The Tamariz book will cost you around $150 if you're lucky. It's awesome. You should save your money and find one. Pocket Power is much easier to acquire.
