A Google search for 'Tarbell Course' will turn up several sources.

Hi Alson,

If I could have one thing I wish I'd been advised of when starting magic was this:

I wish I could have purchased my set of Tarbell volumes at the beginning of my career. The novels are like the encyclopedias of magic and are a gold mine of information. You only have to buy one at a time if your finances don't allow you to purchase the complete set..I think they are aprox 20-25 dollars each.

Another which is often referred on here as being very good is Mark Wilsons Course in Magic.

Good luck to you in your quest

Check out the Tarbell course at http://www.lybrary.com/

you might save yourself a LOT of money if this is what you are looking for and don't mind the electronic version ...

I just got the e-book version of Tarbell from http://www.lybrary.com/ for Christmas. What a great bargain! I highly recommend it.

Different than the physical books, for sure. In some ways more convenient, in some ways less, but for the price it's hard to beat.

I have not seen the actual study guide for sale other than the ad in Tarbell encyclopedias. I remember searching eBay a while back with no results.

Mr. Burton is considering reprinting the "Tarbell Study Guide" and the "Tarbell Companion" as a single HC volume, containing both works. We should all encourage him to do so. If we do, it will happen.

It would be great if he did reprint those books. I would order one for sure.
